What is a Notary Copy?

A Notary Copy is a copy Certified by an Attorney who is Registered as a Notary at the High Court.

Legally the Notary stamp confirms that the document that Bears the Stamp is a true copy of the original, without alterations and can be utilized as if it is the original.

Despite the above a Notarized Copy does in no way confirm the Legality of the said document.

Notarized copies are presented to the High Court to by Authentication confirm that the Attorney who made a Notarized copy is indeed registered at the High Court as a Notary
